Your Path to a New Home

Tell us a little about yourself through our short application. It takes about 5 minutes. We’ll ask basic questions about who you are, what you’re looking for in a home, and how we can best serve you. Nothing invasive, nothing complicated.

Within 1–2 business days, someone from our team will personally follow up. We’ll answer your questions, listen to what matters most to you, and tell you about the room and the home that we think might be the right fit.

If it feels right on both sides, we’ll set a time for you to visit in person. See the room, meet the neighbors you might share it with, and walk through the common spaces. Take your time — there’s no pressure.

When you decide Lumina Living is home, we’ll handle the simple paperwork together — a lease agreement and a routine background check. We help with every step.

We’ll confirm your date, give you the keys, and welcome you into your community. Your room comes fully furnished — a comfortable bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and window coverings. Bring yourself and your personal belongings.

This is where it begins. Sunday dinners, neighbors who look out for each other, peaceful mornings on your own time. You are home.
Who Lumina Living Is For?
Lumina Living is built for independent adults 55 and older who value community without giving up their privacy. Our residents are people in transition — newly retired, recently widowed, downsizing, or simply someone who is ready for something warmer than a one-bedroom apartment.
Our residents manage their daily lives on their own, want neighbors who feel like family, and deserve a home that treats them with the dignity they have earned. If this sounds like you or someone you love, we would be honored to welcome you to a Lumina Living Home.
Each Lumina Living home is set up with a dedicated Concierge Service to keep residents connected and cared for. Our concierge provides weekly updated calendars for local community events tailored to the interests of our community — from social gatherings, yoga or tai chi classes to local hikes or other outings.
Registration can be requested and transportation can be arranged via the Concierge Service, ensuring residents get where they need to go safely and conveniently.
Biweekly cleaning services and yard maintenance are also included, so residents can focus on enjoying their home and community rather than worrying about upkeep.

A community of respectful, independent neighbors 55 and older
Rooms starting at $800/month, all utilities included.
*Unfurnished rooms are also available if residents prefers to bring their own bedroom furniture.
